Getting started takes one phone call

What is Your Future Care?
Your Future Care is a non-medical in-home care agency based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. We send caregivers into homes anywhere in the state so older adults, and anyone who needs a hand, can stay safe, fed and connected at home.
Do you provide medical or nursing care?
No. We provide companion and homemaker care. That covers company, meals, housekeeping, errands, rides to appointments, outings, medication reminders and respite for family caregivers. We do not provide nursing, hands-on personal care or medical treatment.
What parts of Wisconsin do you serve?
All of Wisconsin. We are based on North Main Street in downtown Oshkosh and place caregivers in homes from Superior to Kenosha and from La Crosse to Green Bay.
Who are your caregivers?
People building careers in social work, nursing and medicine. Every caregiver passes a background check, gives references and interviews with our team before meeting your family.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Hours go up or down as needs change, and you can cancel with 30 days notice. After a serious incident, we can agree together to end service sooner.
Can a caregiver drive my parent to appointments?
Yes. We drive to doctor, dentist and therapy appointments, wait, and bring them home. We also run errands and take clients on outings.
Do you offer overnight or 24 hour care?
Yes. We provide overnight and around the clock companionship, planned so your loved one sees the same small team rather than a new face every morning.
